Welcome to Gravity Rider ("we", "our", or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use our motorcycle physics game.
Gravity Rider does not require you to create an account and we do not directly collect personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number through the app.
The app stores gameplay and settings data locally on your device so the game can function properly. This may include:

Gravity Rider uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to show a banner in the level menu, occasional interstitial ads between completed levels, and optional rewarded ads in the store that grant Credits after completion.
When ads are loaded or shown, Google and its partners may collect or process information such as device information, advertising identifiers, approximate location derived from network information, ad interactions, diagnostics, and consent choices. The exact processing depends on your device, region, consent choices, and whether tracking permission is granted on iOS.
Where required, Gravity Rider presents Google's consent form before requesting ads. Advertising privacy choices can be revisited from the Ad privacy button in the main menu. On iOS, declining App Tracking Transparency permission does not restrict gameplay; the app requests non-personalized advertising instead.

The app may check whether a newer version is available through the relevant app store. This may involve contacting platform services to retrieve version information.
Gameplay data, preferences, and ad-frequency counters are stored locally on your device. We do not operate our own backend to store your game progress.
Locally stored game and ad-frequency data is not sent to the developer. Deleting the app removes locally stored game progress and ad-frequency counters, subject to the operating system's backup and restore behavior.
While we take privacy-conscious design approaches, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

These third parties may process data according to their own terms and privacy policies. AdMob data is processed and retained by Google and participating advertising partners under their policies and your consent choices.
Gravity Rider is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not directed specifically to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

You can stop all collection by third-party services used in the app by uninstalling the app. You may also reset locally stored game data from within the app where that option is available.
Where available, you can review advertising privacy options from the Ad privacy button in the main menu or through your device and platform privacy settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time when the app, advertising SDK, or legal requirements change. Any changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
